There have been reports of overheating and fire incidents caused by lithium-ion battery products such as mobile batteries both domestically and internationally.

To ensure all guests can spend their time safely and securely, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following precautions regarding the use of mobile batteries and similar devices.

■ Please refrain from using or storing the products in places that become hot or near flammable materials.
<Example> Places exposed to direct sunlight, near beds or sheets, inside bags or fabrics, and other locations where heat tends to accumulate

■Please refrain from using products in the following conditions.
<Example> Products that are swollen, abnormally hot, or damaged, etc.

■ Please refrain from charging the product when leaving the tent or cabin for outings or when going to sleep. When charging the product, please do so only in a state where the condition of the product can be monitored.

■ If charging of the product is confirmed during your absence, such as during room cleaning, camp staff may move the product or stop its charging. Thank you for your understanding.

Accidents caused by misuse or malfunction of the mobile battery may be the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
